NAI Capital Negotiates 15,035 SF Lease on Behalf of Advertising Firm Orcí

Los Angeles, CA – July 26, 2019 Executive Vice President, Founder/Director Tenant Consulting Group Michael Arnold with NAI Capital’s West Los Angeles office negotiated a long term, 15,035 square foot, lease on behalf of Orcí at 3415 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles, California. The owner, The Swig Company, was represented by CBRE in the transaction.

Founded in 1986, La Agencia de Orcí & Asociados is an independent and Latino-owned advertising and marketing agency. The company specializes in Hispanic marketing and advertising offering such services as direct marketing, interactive marketing, public relations and promotional marketing in addition to its creative advertising services. The agency’s clients have included Georgia Pacific, MassMutual, and Jack in the Box. Its strategy is led by its President Andrew Orcí.

3415 S. Sepulveda Blvd features state-of-the-art lobby, common areas and restrooms, unobstructed 360-degree panoramic views, with excellent access to the 405 and 10 Freeways. The building features high visibility from the San Diego Freeway. It has on-site management, 24-hour security services, secured card-key parking, closed circuit television system, and a complete life safety system.  In addition, the property is equipped with an emergency helicopter pad, energy efficient heating and air conditioning, and a building conference center. There is also a deli/catering on premises, an automobile detailing service and it is adjacent to shopping, banking and restaurants. This will serve as Orcí’s new headquarters location.

Sepulveda. The office market is tight, rents remain elevated, and we identified a landlord who was able to provide a complete tenant concession package that aligned with Orci’s business goals objectives.” Michael added, “In addition, the visibility of the San Diego 405, the most travelled freeway in the world, will provide outstanding signage visibility Orcí.”
